The Why
Higher Education, pathways to education, FG/WC. Education is the key to freedom.
Access & Pathways
To say that the Class of 2021 had a rough year would be an understatement. The global Covid-19 pandemic caused educational institutions to shift to remote learning and hybrid schedules, causing disruption and creating obstacles to learning and matriculation, not to mention a social-emotional vacuum and trauma response that came from the mental health challenges of being under lockdown, feeling vulnerable and grief-stricken, and feeling the weight of the world coming crashing down. At a small, rural school district in the Walla Walla Valley, where students had never had official Commencement photographs taken before, we helped a senior class takes pride in their day to shine.
